At Esmerelda’s Smock’s, all items are made to order.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or if you no longer require the item. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.
Refunds or replacements will only be offered if an item is found to be faulty.
Any faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must be accompanied by clear photographs of the fault.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address when placing an order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an item is returned without prior agreement, it may be refused and returned to the sender.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
